Metropolitan Homes

Metropolitan Homes is 60 family apartments built with low-income housing tax credits, a faith-based initiative of Metropolitan Missionary Baptist Church. We acquired the land, coordinated the relocation of existing residents under the federal Uniform Relocation Act, contributed to the design, and managed construction in its early stages.
